Why now?

Leaders at all levels are drinking from the fire hose. Executive orders, frozen grants, uneasy staff, layoffs… the list goes on. Leading while alone is stressful and challenging- and we simply don’t do our best thinking when our brains are in crisis. And our current climate does require our best possible thinking.

You don’t need to go it alone. And you also don’t need to spend a ton of time and money to get what you ultimately need- actionable tools, an experienced thought partner, and support.

This 2-hour workshop is for leaders who manage other managers—and who know that real impact depends on shared leadership. You’ll learn how to support midlevel leaders in leading across teams, coordinating complex initiatives, and holding purpose and execution at the same time. You'll leave with:

I also have additional space in June and July for:

  • One hour and one day strategy and onboarding sessions- this is great if you need a DIY approach to strategy. Sometimes we just need space and an experienced thought partner to work through an issue, redesign a process, or action plan a solution.
